The stunning setting of St Johns in Hackney will provide the backdrop to a special live site-specific set from multi-instrumentalist composer Joe Acheson along with his expanded live band (including two drummers, lets not forget), aka The Hidden Orchestra on November 14th. The venue already has a reputation for stunning shows, with the St. John’s Sessions marking it out as a spiritual home to the best ambient, electronic and experimental musicians from around the globe.
Hidden Orchestras set will see their dark, atmospheric music backed (or maybe enhanced?) by a stunning A/V set, including projection- mapped visuals to create an unforgettable night, and a memorable welcome back to the capital for the band, following well received sets at festivals such as Glastonbury and Simple Things last year.
Tickets are on sale from 11am this morning (15th April) from Soundcrashmusic.com but you can win a pair of tickets for the show by simply tweeting the tweet below
