Drum machinists and synth bubblers Warm Digits share new video for ‘Feel The Panic’. The track features collaborators The Lovely Eggs and sees the motorik space-rock outfit burst into technicolour with a pounding post-punk pulse. The track is the second shared from forthcoming LP ‘Flight Of Ideas’ The new LP is a work that condenses the duo’s views on current psychological and sociological opinions on the human condition and scientific understanding, both historic and contemporary into sonic offerings. Such expressions that do not require the listener to agree with or share in to enjoy the familiar vibe of danceable protest pop.
Effortlessly capturing the kaleidoscopic abandon of their lauded live shows, whilst simultaneously exploring more tuneful territory, the LP features vocal contributions from Maximo Park’s Paul Smith, aforementioned The Lovely Eggs, The Orielles, Rozi Plain and The Delgados’ Emma Pollock.
The duo will support label mates POLIÇA in February before embarking on their own
headline tour in April and May. The new LP ‘Flight Of Ideas’ is out April 3rd on Mephis Industries and is available as a limited Dinked edition orange vinyl on mirror board sleeve with exclusive 7” featuring two brand new, exclusive non album tracks, “Be Like Me” and “Divided Attention”. An orange vinyl with standard sleeve is available from the Warm Digits store. FFO: Holy F | Peaking Lights |Magic Sword
