THE STREETS, Mike Skinner’s crossover original pirate million-sellers, have shared another track ahead of the release of the mixtape None Of Us Are Getting Out Of This Life Alive tomorrow, July 10th.
It’s a stark and reflective, piano-led number in the vein of “Dry Your Eyes”, looking at the rawer side of a lovelife, and features the collaborative talents of East London’s Hak Baker.
“Falling Down is an accident, staying down is a choice,” Mike intones over the slow breaks. “Took a little trip, rough, yeah,” answers Hak. Have a listen, below.
None Of Us Are Getting Out Of This Life Alive promises an eclectic array of tuneage, featuring as it does such diverse talents as Idles’ Joe Talbot, South London rhyme talent Chris Lorenzo, and Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker.
