Everything is Good is the name of a David Shrigley design, owned by Swiss multi-lingual singer-songwriter Sophie Hunger. It’s also the name of her new single, taken from her forthcoming album Halluzinationen, out on August 28th via Caroline International.
Drawing comparisons to the likes of Sharon Van Etten is understandable when you listen to Everything is Good, this upbeat synth pop workout, that has enough musical left turns and barbed lyrics to peek your interest, before the devastatingly catchy chorus snares you in the end.

Berlin-based Sophie also recently played – alongside Rufus Wainwright & Baxter Dury – in the Royal Albert Hall’s isolation sessions, stream that here: https://www.royalalberthall.com/tickets/events/2020/royal-albert-home-sophie-hunger/
A little more on Sophie below – would be great to hear from you if she’s of interest, or the new single strikes for inclusion?
