Brighton sextet Opus Kink share their new single ‘1 : 18’, which is the second reveal from the band’s eagerly anticipated second EP ‘My Eyes, Brother!’ due the 19th of May via Nice Swan Records
Speaking ahead of their newest release, Opus Kink stated:
“This is a song about letting your hair down and finding peace in the unreasonable squalid indifference of the universe… You do you, hun!”
A swirling slice of musical madness that could only come from these guys. With old time synths and impassioned vocals, the unique sonic signature of Opus Kink is laid bare, as it quickly descends into chaos through rifle quick drums and lunatic bellowing from singer Angus Rogers. This band should be on the top of your listening pile.
