In the run up to the release of the self-titled debut album from Los Angeles trio Lo Moon, out on Columbia Records on February 23rd, they’ve released a new track My Money. It’s this smart, atmospheric synth-pop, part-Bastille/Boxed In, but owing more to the likes of Talk Talk.
The album has been produced by Chris Walla (Death Cab For Cutie) and Francois Tetaz (Gotye) and features guest turns by The War On Drugs’ Adam Granduciel and Charlie Hall. Check it out, here
After recently announcing a pair of shows at London’s Omeara (the first of which has now sold out), the band have now extended the tour to incorporate a performance at this year’s inaugural All Points East Festival alongside their first regional headline dates. This tour follows December’s sold out show at The Lexington, a headline performance which fell between huge shows across the UK and Europe supporting London Grammar.
