Let’s Eat Grandma, aka teenage vocalists, multi-instrumentalists and songwriters Rosa Walton and Jenny Hollingworth have returned with a new single – Hot Pink, out now via Transgressive Records / [PIAS]. Talking of the single the girls say “Hot Pink is about the misconceptions of femininity and masculinity and the power of embracing both of them. It’s about self-expression and appreciation for an underrated colour.”
The SOPHIE produced track comes on the back of their successful and acclaimed debut album I, Gemini and sees the duo switch between soulful electronic soul to something much more vivid and back, backed by a chorus to kill for and a swathe of synths riddled all over the song.
