Bringing together a vibrant soundscape of auto-tuned, ultra-catchy vocal melodies, danceable tight electronic beats and washing synths, the new single ‘No Te Enamores’ (Don’t Fall In Love) from Yuly y Havan C is another fine addition to the Cuban artists catalogue.
Released via Florida’s and featuring vocals from Chesco, the track captures a melancholic tone giving it an emotional depth to reflect against the dancability of the beat. Some of her more mellow and understated work, the track demonstrates a more heartfelt side to Yuly’s writing style.
Talking a bout the track, Yuly explains: “’Don’t fall in love’ tells the story of a young man willing to make us forget a past full of disappointments, of false loves… He promises a night of passion to a young woman who doesn’t believe in love, in a place without witnesses, to help Heal your wounds by giving free rein to your feelings, without prejudice, without compromising your heart.”
