Indianapolis based Hero Jr is made up of an American collective of singer/guitarist Evan Haughey, from Michigan, Guitarist Ken Rose from California, Bassist Dave DuBrave from New York and drummer Ryan Keyes from Minnesota. They bring the power of early Black Sabbath and 70’s British Rock with the intensity of Nirvana and classic Grunge. The band have shared their new single ‘To Die For’ via all streaming platforms.
The band state:
“Recorded live in the band’s living room, the new Hero Jr. single “To Die For” has successfully captured the spirit and energy of 70s rock while offering something new and exciting for modern rock fans.”
Raw brooding track chock full of riffs and a cracking vocal performance from Haughey. His voice has that gritty rock quality that suits the track perfectly even adding in a death metal growl. It’s the huge stadium sound the band have managed to capture that really makes this track something special.
