Boorloo/Perth singer/sonwriter Jade Rich has just released a shimmering and yearning track entitled ‘Polite’ and it is a joy to the ears. There is a languid, easy flow to the track that recounts Rich’s eager to please persona in her delightful velvet vocals. Rich says:
Asking for things that I want or need is a constant battle for me. I’m always working hard to find my voice
This single explores her journey with people-pleasing in relationships, being “too polite” to express her needs for fear of losing someone she loves.
