On April 16th, 1991 Seattle supergroup Temple Of The Dog released their one and only LP. The band consisted of Chris Cornell, Stone Gossard, Jeff Ament, Mike McCready, and Matt Cameron and it was a therapy jam session of sorts to deal with the death of Mother Love Bone singer and friend to everyone Andrew Wood of a heroin overdose. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the album’s release the band will be reforming to play 5 reunion shows starting in November. There will also be a 25th anniversary reissue of the album released on September 30th by UME, available in four configurations.
Physical pre-orders are available today along with a detailed list of the contents of each configuration HERE. Check below for the dates you can see Temple Of The Dog in all their gray-haired glory.
