Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs (often stylized as Pigs x 7) is a British rock band known for their heavy and psychedelic sound. The band was formed in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, and their music blends elements of stoner rock, doom metal, and psychedelic rock. They will be visiting Australia at the end of the year to perform at the Meredith Festival as well as play some shows in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra. Tickets available HERE.

We asked Matt Baty (vocals) and Adam Ian Sykes (guitar) about some of Pigs x 7’s most favourite things.

1. Most favourite possession
   Matt: Tough one, but I’m gonna go with the time I was possessed by the spirit of ‘Rowdy’ Roddy Piper. That was fun while it lasted.
   Adam: My favourite possession is the necklace Johnny got me on the North Shields-Amsterdam ferry.
2. Most favourite musician
   Matt: Tough one, but I’m gonna go with Bret ‘The Hitman’ Hart.
   Adam: My favourite musician is Sam Grant.
3. Most favourite album
   Matt: Tough one, but I’m going to go with Wrestlemania: The Album, released in 1993.
4. Most favourite song
   Matt: Tough one, but I’m gonna go with Never Been The Right Time To Say Goodbye, by Bret Hart from the 1993 released album Wrestlemania: The Album.
5. Most favourite food
   Matt: Tough one, but I’m gonna go with crisps.
6. Most favourite drink
   Matt: Tough one, but I’m gonna go with Adam’s ale, water.
   Adam: My favourite drink is milk.
7. Most favourite book or film
   Matt: Tough one, but I’m gonna go with the WWF Official Annual published in 1992. And while I’m here, why not, it was a tough one, but for my favourite film I’m gonna go with ‘Suburban Commando’ starring Hulk Hogan, released in 1991.
