Danish singer-songwriter Line Bøgh released her debut album ‘Something else and something else and something else again’ back in March, which showcased her beguiling vocals and alternative pop credentials, while dropping in subjects such as an apparent rejection of the speed and priorities of the modern world.
She’s just released a video for the track Fix Me, a track which tumbles forward over cascading piano lines, and picked out string bass figures, decorated with handclaps and this bubbling percussion. In the background, these warm strings give the whole thing this slightly kooky sense of serenity. The video takes place on a sickbed where the sensitive Line Bøgh is begging “please let me lie here for a while”.
