Taken from last years album, ‘The Land In Between’ (read our review here), Elaine Palmer has recorded a special version of her track ‘The Mill House’ live from Joe Cornish Gallery featuring Harriet Bradshaw on Cello.
Regarding the track Palmer comments:
“Probably one of the most personal songs from my current record The Land In Between. The story of growing up in an old dilapidated watermill on the Yorkshire moors, the years of work, restoration and connection with the many souls that have lived and died there over it’s rich history.”
A beautiful version of one of the more heartfelt tracks from the album. This live version has even more impact, and you can’t miss the pure emotion that palmer can transmit with her voice. With vocals as good as hers, all you need is guitar and cello.
