Taken from her debut album, coming soon on the City Slang label is Chelsea Hotel #3, Anna B Savage has released a new video, shot live at the Barbican Conservatory.
The track is a clear nod to Leonard Cohens ‘Chelsea Hotel #2’, only this time the man in the story is the muse, as Savage openly talks of sexual self-discovery and, well, pleasure. It’s a beautiful serene melody that she disguises it under, her acoustic guitar tumbling and cascading beside her.
