Manchester’s Garage Rockers Hey Bulldog announce a new single ‘No Future (Part II)’ which is set for release on 7th December via Doing it to Death Records and here at BSM we are honoured to bring you the premiere.
The track which live has become a fan favourite breaks new ground for the band with a motorik beat creating a post-rock feel. Frontman and guitarist Rob Manton says that “with ’No Future (Part II)’ I think we’ve created a unique piece of music, that’s opened a door to a new sound the band is capable of, it came about completely naturally as a jam and the response to the track from day one has been amazing”.
It has been mixed by EMI producer Boe Weaver (Archie Bronson Outfit, Pete Molinari, Wolf People, Whyte Horses) who has worked with the band closely on their string of critically acclaimed singles who all gained national and international attention receiving a wide array of airplay on network radio, with ‘Al Lupo’ and ‘Under My Spell’ both playlisted on Amazing Radio after winning the audition show poll.
Alongside their own packed out headline shows this year and playing Kendal Calling’s second stage the band have supported the likes of Moon Duo, Syd Arthur, The Slow Readers Club, TVAM, The Liminanas, King Tuff, The Lucid Dream and Sextile.
