News: Luchi Prepares Returns With Pop Sweller ‘Like This’

Following the success of his acclaimed single ‘Web of Lies’ earlier this year, which rocketed to number two on the iTunes charts, Glasgow-based pop artist Luchi is set to release his latest track, ‘Like This’. With a growing reputation as a compelling force in the pop music scene, Luchi is known for his emotionally charged performances and a commitment to authenticity that resonates deeply with his audience.

‘Like This’ offers more infectious pop tendencies, offering an emotional exploration of the exhilarating early stages of love. The song features a captivating melody and feel-good production, highlighting Luchi’s ability to blend vulnerable songwriting with anthemic choruses.

Speaking about the inspiration behind “Like This,” Luchi shared, “The song focuses on that excitement at the start of a relationship where you are falling in love and feel like you want to spend all your time talking to this person. I am fiercely independent and love my alone time, but in this situation, I was realizing that I was on my own and wanting to still be with them. I wrote this song just with an acoustic guitar sound and with my producer Chris Stagg, we worked on quite a few different ways to present the song and different sounds but then landed on the sound you hear now.”

Over the years, Luchi has honed his craft, collaborating with top songwriters at camps from Nashville to Santorini. His dedication to channeling real-life experiences into his music has resulted in a body of work that is both emotionally raw and vibrantly intense. With ‘Like This’, Luchi continues to solidify his place in the pop music landscape, offering listeners a heartfelt anthem that captures the exhilarating highs of falling in love.
