“One for the introverts and dreamers, the ones that still find beauty and magic in things”
Now, technically speaking, we at Backseat Mafia have already previewed this back in October, ahead of a physical release on December 11th, but, this being 2020, nothing is ever that straightforward, so, this has now been rescheduled to 18th December – and, never ones to shy away from pointing you in the direction of some of our favourite bands, it seems only right to flag this as a superb accompaniment to their Mercury nominated album Spook The Herd.
Aside to both the EP and album, I would also highly recommend you go and have a listen to the Your Own Personal Beatles podcast, featuring LOTL singer/lyricist Hazel Wilde, in which they discuss Spook The Herd, the impact of lockdown and all manner of fascinating subjects. And The Beatles.
It really is a joy, even though I’ve never been that fussed about The Beatles…

The Realist EP will be available on 12” Vinyl via Bella Union from all your favourite independent record stores, plus digital downloads of course.
