Today, Valentine’s Day, multi-platinum-selling rock band All Time Low have released ‘Modern Love,’ a new anti-dating anthem from their upcoming album, ‘Tell Me I’m Alive’ out March 17th on Fueled By Ramen.
Like the song itself, the ‘Modern Love’ music video explores the highs and lows of dating in the 21st century. Set inside frontman Alex Gaskarth’s heart, the video is a visual feast starring the frontman as “Mr. Modern Love” in a glittery red Elton John-esque suit as he alternates between heartbreak and passion.
“’Modern Love’s a beautiful disaster’ are the words of a desperate, love-sick soul and the main character of our newest song ‘Modern Love,’ who is obsessed with the quest for connection in a world that’ll often break your heart,” said Gaskarth. “The visual piece that accompanies the single and continues the through-line started with ‘Sleepwalking’ was co-directed by myself and our good friend Lupe Bustos.”
The band is also celebrating multiple sold-out stops on their upcoming European tour which culminates on March 17th in a special album release day show at London’s iconic OVO Arena Wembley.

The start of the European tour comes shortly after the band landed their second career No. 1 single with “Sleepwalking” from the upcoming album hitting the top spot on US Alternative Radio and amassing almost 10 million streams, marking their third song to secure a coveted top five position on the chart.
All Time Low recently took home “Alternative Rock Song of the Year” at the iHeartRadio Music Awards for the record-breaking platinum-certified smash “Monsters” [feat. blackbear]. The song previously clinched #1 on the Billboard Alternative Airplay Chart for an unprecedented 18 weeks, emerging as the longest charting song ever at the Modern Rock format.
Last year, the band served up the collaborative single “PMA” (Feat. Pale Waves). “PMA” followed on the heels of the band’s other 2021 standalone single, “Once In A Lifetime,” which reached the Top 5 at Alternative Radio and attracted critical acclaim. NME hailed it as “reflective” and “hopeful,” and KERRANG! dubbed it “anthemic and infectious.”
All Time Low’s last studio album Wake Up, Sunshine was released in April of 2020 and debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Top Rock Albums Chart. Billboard proclaimed, “The album is All Time Low’s most vibrant set to date, combining the band’s rambunctious spirit with roaring guitars and anthemic melodies.” Forbes praised the collection as “an album that crackles with youthful exuberance and the energy of a live show,” while Nylon declared “All Time Low just wants their new album to make you feel good.“
