Track: Ideomotor – Away from here (ILARI remix)

There’s a distinct Finnish flavour to ‘Away from here’, the new track from Ideomotor. The pair, Erkka Wennonen and Kimmo Myllviita, hail from Helsinki and have been mixing up the intoxicating mix of pop, indie and synth/electro since 2014. They in turn have allowed fellow countryman, producer and one half of White Balance, ILARI, to put his scuffed up, electro house fingerprints all over it. He’s managed to keep some of the originals dark and melancholy nature, instead making it dancefloor ready, even if it means wiping away the tears while your throwing your shapes.
