Live Review: DON BROCO – Pryzm/Banquet Records, Kingston 17.02.2022 By Matt Chapman

Bedford beasts Don Broco return once again to Banquet Records in Kingston for another run of album release shows, this time armed with a number one album.

The bands latest album ‘Amazing Things’ was released digitally back in October of 2021, but due to delays and misprints, the physical copies were only released at the end of January 2022. It came as no surprise however that it went straight to number one, not only is the album a monster sound wise, but Don Broco have been on a huge tour of record stores and small venues throughout the UK to further promote its release, and it’s clear that this has paid off.

Now that the band gained the number one (Against The Weeknd of all people) this most recent run of shows feels triumphant. A time where both the band and the fans can relax in the knowledge that Broco have got what they deserve, and this time it’s a chance to truly have fun.

The show however, was certainly not relaxed. Once again Don Broco filled the room with an energy that could only be described as ground breaking. It’s a miracle they haven’t caused the floor at Pryzm to collapse yet!

Both Don Broco and their newest album Amazing Things are a force to be reckoned with and their shows are only going to get bigger and better.
