Cath Dupuy

Teddy Swims is the moniker for Jaten Dimsdale an American artist based in Atlanta. Swims stands for – “someone who isn’t me sometimes”, which refers to him trying to integrate different aspects of himself. Over the years, he has experimented with many different styles…..theatre, musical theatre, hip hop, soul, heavy metal, country, and funk, but prefers to kick against the stereotype of a genre. Signed to Warner Records in 2019, he’s been building up a huge following on YouTube and releasing singles.

His first album ‘I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy (part 1)’ was released last year, with his single ‘Lose Control’ hitting high in the US and European charts. This is his first major tour this side of the pond and its obvious he has gained a huge following here, with a packed sold- out London show and the rest of the tour. He has a powerful, energetic presence on stage and immediately connects with his audience, frequently coming right to the edge and working the crowd. With an impressive band and his incredible voice, he gave a really strong performance.
