On Thursday, February 15th, American singer songwriter Tyler Childers came to Dublin’s 3Olympia Theatre for the first date of his ‘Mule Pull ’24 Tour’ European leg.
Support on the night came from Childers’ longtime friend and collaborator John R. Miller who stood alone with nothing but a guitar and a passion. A perfect start to what was to come.
At 9pm, Childers, the Grammy nominated country star took to the stage with his band ‘The Food Stamps’ for a performance lasting almost two hours full of toe-tapping, head bopping, body swaying, hits.
This performance marked Childers’ second ever Dublin concert (after a sold out Grand Social in January 2020), and, judging by the crowd last night, hopefully not the last.
