Felt great to be back upstairs at Whelan’s, always good to return to the smaller venues as the lighting can keep you on your toes. It also felt great to be there for Dermot Lambert as he was doing a show to take us back to the fantastic 1994 debut album by Blink ( remember ”It’s Not My Fault” / ”Cello” / ”Fundamentally Loveable Creature” & ”Going to Nepal”) that album being ”A Map of the Universe”. We were also treated to other ‘Blink tracks and some of Dermot’s solo songs.
Incidentally by all accounts there is a new album on the way from Dermot, as the band are mid-way through record it.
